If your enemy fails to follow the Geneva Convention then should your more noble nation follow such rules of conflict? If your enemy routinely cuts off the heads of their captured prisoners, who are civilians for public execution and then gives those videos to play on World Television, then obviously this is against the Geneva Convention right?
If your enemy hides in broad daylight and blows up a bus full of innocent civilians including women and children this is against the Geneva Convention right? Sure is and you would be right if you answered YES to both questions. Why is it that the International Terrorists do not have to play by the rules and yet they are complaining that we may have ridiculed or humiliated a few of them? Does this even make sense to you? Does this really pass the smell test?
And what is humiliation anyway? Making some International Terrorist run around in his underwear and do stupid things? Or take a picture of him having intercourse with another International Terrorist on their own time? They should not be doing that anyway, so if a picture is taken, then big deal? The International Terrorist humiliate them selves, by displaying such bad behavior?
Surely it makes sense to get information from these International Terrorists anyway that is possible. Why? So we can prevent them from breaking the Geneva Convention and killing more innocent civilians. And since they have no respect for the Geneva Convention, why should we care if what they say. They have already spit on the Geneva Convention; clearly they cannot have it both ways. Either they stop breaking the Geneva Convention or stop complaining about their consequences?
